The Purpose (2019) won Best Comic at the 2019 Broken Pencil Zine Awards! This comic questions whether caring for mental illness is the responsibility of the individual or the community.
Its printed in cmy risograph printing. Risograph machines print with a soy-based ink that sometimes smudges, but are still often used for books. Each one is slightly different due to the nature of the medium.
